As we all know Facebook has gained popularity in India too, one very frequent questions I receive from my friends is that :
- How to tag someone in fb status messages
- How to tag friends in fb status
- or How to tag in a post in fb
.. and the answer is very simple, wherever you want tag someone, just start with @ and start typing your friend’s name. A dropdown list will be displayed to choose your near and dear ones very similar to the picture below. Just select the person from the list. To add another person repeat the same start with @ letter and type your friend’s name.
yup .. very simple.
This feature is very similar to tagging in Twitter. Probably Facebook added this after it gained popularity with Twitter.
