Many times you fall into a situation when you need to run restore Windows XP to bring it to previous running state.
You can follow below steps to run the restore command from command line:
- Restart computer and press [F8] during startup.
- On Windows Advanced Options Menu, select the Safe Mode with a Command Prompt option.
- Select the Windows XP operating system.
- Log on to your computer with Administrator Account.
- Type the following command at a command prompt: C:\windows\system32\restore\rstrui.exe
