Nice app. Certainly a good alternative to LogMeIn. I use a solution called Techinline ( and it's probably the easiest to use out there, but Teamviewer is a bit more "feature-loaded". I guess it all comes down to what one needs, and I certainly don't want to pay $120 a month for LMI Rescue and their features

I think that is the one similar to Logmein. They are basically used to access the computer system from a remote location.

Generally Technical Support Professionals use that a lot to provide support services
