ScratchPad is free application for taking notes on Nokia Phones. It is a java based application with full touchscren and stylus support. It also supports multipage notes. I am using it on my Nokia 5800 and it should run fine with N97 too.

how do you save the same handwritten notes on pc? I would like to know if it is possible to save the notes in handwritten format on the pc as back. Is it saved as image file on pc?
Crudely similar to evernote. is it possible?
