You can follow below simple steps to clear Google search history on iPhone :
- Launch you Safari browser
- Jump to Settings -> Safari ( see the image below)
- Change default search engine (switch from Google to Windows Live or vise versa)
- Launch Safari
- Go to Settings ->Safari
- Clear HIstory, Cookies, and Cache
- Change search engine back to the original one.
Here you should note that you must switch search engines else the trick won't work.
