Screen Capture Extension for Google Chrome

There are several “Screen Capture” extensions available in Google Chrome extension’s gallery but most of them lacks even basic features or a Screen Capture tool. “Screen Capture (by Google)”  seems be a good one which is easy to use and does what it says. You can capture visible content of a tab, a region of a web page, or the whole page as a PNG image. It also supports horizontal and vertical scroll when capturing whole page, with an all new auto-save capability.

Excel 2007 convert columns to rows

I am going to share another timesaving tip for Excel. Many time we need to present our data in different way. As a developer I find Excel very convenient to create sample data for my projects and then insert it into the Database. What if we want to re arrange the data which is coming in columns to rows?. Yes, you can easily change data representation row-wise. To do this, copy the data after highlighting it.  After this, right click on the cell where you want to show it.

From the shortcut menu select Paste Special , this will show you a dialog box  similar to below image :

You can follow similar steps to convert row data into column layout. This trick should also work with Excel 2010 version.
